Further conquest
By request, I've created some new banners for the comic, as the original ones seem to be lost. Et voila:







There will be some more in the future, as well as updates here, when I can sneak onto the computer again. For now, adieu, as I hear Mom returning from tending to my brother's diversion hairball.

Very nice... but I have to say that went I sent out the link for "Cats of War" a friend responded with "Cats for Peace! Cats for Peace!" as her comment to the strip and I thought... gee... what a nifty t-shirt that would make... of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Kitty Horde, Quigley the Demon DustBunny Hunter says "Yes, this is a Good Idea, I would shed on it", Sir Thomas of Snuggle concurs, Zapoid of Beeblebrox could not be found but suspicious ear-sucking noises were heard coming from the girl-child's room and Starweaver BitCat the Computer Kitty says you can do whatever you want so long as he gets the optical mouse.

Aren't you concerned that the readers might(horrors!) mistake you for each other, namewise that is?
Not that we could ever be confused as to who is whom, personality wise!

I second the idea. I'd buy three or four of the carpet ship t-shirts.. or sweatshirts, caps, tote bags, mugs.. yanno, whatever. It's my favorite bit from an outstanding strip.

One I can relate to. Raven would be my girl (american shorthair tort.). I also have a barking horse that reminds me so much of Snoch it's pathetic. Dumb as a doorknob he is, but sweet.. and completely intimidated by Raven, who barely comes up to his knees..

I find that hairballs are a good diversion, but since there are four of us a good cat fight also works. Sometimes I can get Boris to knock something over or get Katie to start singing. All of these are excellent tactics.

It seems that our new service provider is trying to pull a shady maneuver on us, seeing as we're "only" cats, and the email access we paid for with Mom's credit card isn't enabled.

We shall be having words with them. Caramon is hitting the sharpening- er, scratching post as we speak.

For the moment, we've disabled the board's attempts to email people, which was causing the error. Your account is created and functional with the password you provided upon registering.

Hi, Raistlin and Caramon. My name is Loki, and mom's letting me use her account.

The past two comics are the precise reason that our mom puts us in separate carriers when we have to go in the zoomy thing. My sister throws up at every opportunity she gets, and she has a decided tendency towards motion sickness.

It's cuz I'm a delicate FLOWer! Mommy says so! An' once we were riding and I felt funny and I urped an'when we got to the icky place with the doggies and kitties she took me out to clean me up an' I wouldn't let her put me down an' so she had to carry me to the little room and then when it was over I felt even funnier an' we went home an' then mommy and me had to go back cuz I felt really funny an' she said I was in shock from the shots, whatever that means.

Hi! I'm Miranda but everyone calls me Mirmir!

Er. Sorry about that. The sad part is that she's just turning eight.

Years. Not months, YEARS. She's a perpetual kitten.

Anyway, Miranda and Mom and I are all very much enjoying the comic.

We're most definitely not supporters of declawing, and fortunately neither is Mom. We have to endure getting SoftPaws put on every couple of weeks, but after a moment of annoyance (and Caramon doing an admirable tap-dancing impression) we don't really mind.

I have two black, green eyed girls -- Hap and Molly. :-) They'll enjoy the stories of Rasitlin and Caramon.

My favorite is the one of Snooch getting stuck under the bathroom door. XD I laughed so hard I had to wipe tears from my eyes!

Finally, a good reason for mother to spend so much time in from of this box. All the time that she spends here, she could use petting me.

I am Tiger, an American Shorthair, though mother swears I normally have the mass of a Maine Coon. And no jokes about the name. I'm quite female. I say normally, since I am currently recovering from thyroid surgery, and hence not allowed out to hunt squirrels and mice. I was getting gooshyfood before, but none now. Plain old cat food as usual, though sometimes mother gives me my due when she makes tuna.

My cousin hasn't read the comic yet, but then, she doesn't come near mother's room. Jenny is a tortiseshell that gives a bad name to all queens. Devilkitty, mother's sister (her human) calls her. She has a nasty temper, except when she wants pettings or food. She may be the instigator, but I can have her running in no time flat. Her skinny, short-shorthair form is no match for my bulk.

Hmm. Mother's returning. Time to go back to blocking her access by lying on the keyboard. I've added you to her friends list.

Wow finally a comic that sticks to the truth of daily lives with cats and most likey what they are thinking. The bathroom (getting caught under the door one) was closet to home for me. Thank you for putting the truth (in its finest form) out there finally!!!

I created a mood theme using Two Lumps artwork. I have it on my journal now, and was thinking of offering the images to people, giving you full credit, of course. While I know you gave consent to people to use the artwork for LJ icons, a mood theme is a bit more complex. This link should get you to what I did.

Hello, I am using Mom's account to type this, she won't give me my own as is my feline right.
My name is Djinn. I love your comic.
Mom is mean to me though and doesn't give me gooshy food. She gives me dry stuff mostly but she sometimes gives me cheese which I quite frequently steal from her when she is eating some for herself.
I am going to have to get her to buy more hats though 'cuz I want to be "mad-stylin" too, but I don't think she would like it very much if I was to wear her underwear.

Despite being a feral, predatory big cat who can probably eat domestic cats for a living, I still feel this is a pretty neat comic.
